Booking & Payment
How much is the deposit, and when is the balance due?
A £250 booking fee secures your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Payment plans are available if you'd prefer to spread the cost — just ask when you enquire.
How do we actually book you?
Get in touch via the contact form with your date and venue, and we'll check availability. Once you're happy to go ahead, we'll send over a contract and booking link — your date is only secured once the £250 deposit is paid.
Can we combine photography and videography?
Yes — our Photography & Videography Bundles combine a video and photo package at a discounted combined rate, so you get one team covering your whole day. See the Packages page for current bundle pricing.
On the Day
What happens if it rains on the day?
British weather is never guaranteed, so we always have a backup plan. Drone footage is weather and permit dependent, but ceremony, portrait, and reception coverage go ahead regardless — we'll work with the venue to find sheltered or indoor spots for portraits if needed. Rain rarely stops a great wedding film.
What happens if you're ill and can't make it?
This is extremely rare, but in the unlikely event we're unable to attend, we'll do everything possible to arrange a trusted, experienced replacement from our network so your day is still fully covered. We'll always keep you informed as early as possible.
Do you need to see the venue beforehand?
It's not essential, but our Signature and Luxury tiers include a pre-wedding consultation where we can talk through your venue, timings, and any must-have shots. For unusual or complex venues, a site visit can be arranged.
Travel & Availability
Do you travel outside the local area?
Yes. Local travel is included in every package. Travel further afield may incur a small additional cost, and for destination or very early-start weddings, overnight accommodation may be required. Let us know your venue when you enquire and we'll confirm any extra costs upfront.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates (spring/summer Saturdays especially) can book up 12–18 months ahead, so the earlier you enquire, the better. That said, always ask — last-minute availability does happen.
Delivery & Turnaround
How long until we get our photos or film?
Preview images typically land within 48–72 hours so you have something to share straight away. Full edited galleries and films are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks, delivered via a private online gallery. Express/priority editing is available as an add-on if you need things sooner.
Do we get full-resolution images and printing rights?
Yes — every photography package includes full-resolution digital downloads and personal printing rights, so you're free to print at home, order albums, or share with family as you like.
